How do you deal with burn out???

Burn out is a real thing and I’m sure I’m not the only one. Over the past couple of years I have had to pivot out of providing therapy bc it was honestly draining tf outta me (did it for 10 years) 😩 …So much so that I am still in recovery mode. My capacity is limited and I’m honoring that. But I’m always available for pole play dates 😜 lyra, lollipop and silks too!
