The 1993 horse trailer I purchased during quarantine 2020 has been renovated and is ready to serve you at weddings, parties/special events, festivals and local food truck parks! I’ve mastered the modern craft of the Bubble Waffle, originated in Hong Kong, and it will be the specialty of my brand. It’s crispy, soft edges wrapped around your favorite ice cream S C O O P S with fun size embellishments to complete the treat.

I also offer upscale rentals to enhance the atmosphere of your event! A soft seating area where guests can sit and enjoy the flavors of your chosen delights will be the perfect T O P P I N G to your special affair.

The website launched a little over a week ago & I’ve received an abundance of messages about booking for parties & events! 🤗 Get out your calendars because I have one more date to announce. Next Friday, February 11th at 5:30 pm I’ll be opening the inquiry page of the website & will begin booking for Spring/Summer 2022! Dates will go fast so be sure to set a reminder for the opening date and time!
