We’re looking for a Lead-in-Training to join our installation team at Community Foodscapes.

This role is designed for someone who wants to grow into a leadership position with support along the way. You’ll work alongside experienced crew leaders, learn ecological landscaping, native plant installation, food forests, drainage solutions, and project management, and then gradually take on more responsibility as your skills develop.
