Ari had a customer who was frustrated that her t-shirt came after a friend's birthday (even though it was delivered within the timeframe she was told by Ari and wasn't technically "late"). I created a response for this customer that caused her to change her 1-star review to a 5-star review AND bring her mom to Ari's storefront to buy more shirts! Now THAT's Customer Service! Ari's business won the 7-figure award last year for grossing over $1 million!!!!!

I can teach you how to do the same thing. I have a 12-week program where you will learn how to increase your revenue without spending money on ads. Learn how to WOW customers so they spend more money with you; how to make sure you get referrals from customers (so you increase your sales); how to turn difficult customers around; and so much more! You'll also get a weekly coaching session with me to help you handle your customer issues!

Click below to schedule a quick meeting with me to see if you're a good fit for this program. I only have 4 spots left in the month of March. Once those 4 spots are filled I won't take any more people this month.

I LOVE this concept - especially when it comes to customer service. When dealing with an upset customer, I teach my clients to ask themselves, "If I interpreted this situation the way this customer interprets it (even if they are wrong), would I feel the same way they do?" The answer is usually 'yes'. If that's the case, then think about how you would want to be treated in that situation. If you're upset, you'd want the person you're upset with (for example, the owner of a business) to see your issue as an "end of the world" issue and not an "it's not a big deal" issue.

Businesses that choose the "end of the world" option when a customer is upset will do what they can to make the customer happy again and make sure that future customers don't have the same issue. As a result, they gain loyal customers, get more customer referrals, and their profits increase. Which side of the token will you choose the next time you are dealing with someone who is upset?
