When I started my journey, I just winged it. I thought as long as I was plantbased, the healthier I’d be. Supplements where?? lol So I had some blood work done…
Turns out, I’m deficient in Vitamin D. I always grew up hearing that dairy was the way. Besides a little sunshine I didn’t really know what my plant Based options were. So I created a short, but want I think is an, efficient list.

I’m so skeptical when waitstaff tells me it’s vegan because they’ll turn around and offer me something with butter or cheese 😩😩 lol
