Sometimes while being on a journey, we beat ourselves up. Because we know we are putting in the work but the scales not going down and you don’t see a physical change. Yet, others can tell and it’s sweet and makes you smile but then you look in the mirror and you ask yourself, “what are they talking about? I look the flipping same. Are they jst saying that to make me feel better about myself?” And then you take an updated picture and place it side by side to a pic of you last year… AND OMG… okaaaayyy Ty… i flipping seeeeeee you! And I’m sooo flipping proud of myself! Seeing this has jst giving me that much more fuel to kick it up a notch… who wants to kick it up with me?
