A wise man once said “F**k it!” Then went on to do great sh*t‼️
Big gratitude and appreciation to for inviting me out and not letting me excuse my way out of it! You’s a real one my boy! No training, only ran about .8 miles all year, and we got out there and rocked a MFKN 10K!!! I’m looking forward to doing this again more prepared 2023. Thank you for introducing me to the experience. Definitely opened my eyes to my self limiting thought pattern at times. Never knew it was as big as it was. Feels like a milestone and a accomplishment.
