Kathy's painting, "Transfiguration", of St. Patrick's church on the Wild Atlantic Way, Co. Clare. She writes: "Yes, there it is, the small church. I was standing on the hillside above the church, next to the Caher River, looking west. From that vantage point, the small bell tower comes into focus. It's solid stone shape is filled with the tumbling ocean. In that moment I felt the power of threshold. I felt the ancient dance between stability and movement. I felt the fluid movement of transformation - a bigger view." Next post - Patty's poem that goes with this painting. (Don't forget to like this site!)
