Pastor Brittany Morton is a visionary leader, speaker, and author dedicated to empowering others through faith, business, and brand-building. As the founder of Saved in the City, the creator of the Behind the Brand Coaching Program, and host of the Becoming Brittany Podcast, she has spent over a decade helping leaders and organizations bring their visions to life with creativity and purpose.
A sought-after voice in leadership and personal development, Brittany’s transparency and dynamic approach have made her a force to be reckoned with. She has graced the TEDx stage and is a proud recipient of the President’s Lifetime Achievement Award, presented by President Joe Biden, for her dedication to service and community advancement.
Brittany holds a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design and Marketing and an MBA from Alabama A&M University. I met Brittany when she first moved to Atlanta, GA, and we served together on the same Leadership Team. Since then, she has spoken life into me on many occasions and has prayed for me during pivotal moments in my journey. Her leadership, wisdom, and compassion are truly a blessing to so many.

Today I honor Dr. Rhonda Mouton — a brilliant business strategist, speaker, and “coachsultant,” a term she coined to reflect her unique blend of coaching and consulting. Dr. Rhonda helps entrepreneurs and organizations streamline operations, scale sustainably, and build profitable businesses that create lasting economic impact through coaching, masterclasses, community leadership, and more.
I met Rhonda when she moved from New Orleans to Charlotte, NC during Hurricane Katrina. We connected instantly and began working together, encouraging one another in our dreams, purpose, and calling. Rhonda has always been the kind of person who does not mind helping in any way she can. Her support, wisdom, and presence have helped me through some really dark times in my life.
Rhonda, I am truly grateful to call you my friend. Thank you for your heart, your strength, and the way you pour into others. Today, I celebrate you and the impact you continue to make. ♀️

Today I honor Verna Burney, a remarkable woman who has truly impacted my life. Verna was my very first supervisor when I began working for the Department of Revenue for the State of Georgia. She taught me everything I needed to know to navigate the department with confidence and excellence. What began as a supervisor-employee relationship grew into a genuine friendship that I will always cherish.
Verna is a woman of resilience, strong work ethic, and unwavering faith in God. She is not only a leader in the workplace, but also a successful business owner, an author, and a visionary with even more to come. Her life is a testimony of dedication, grace, and determination.
Verna, thank you for being a friend, a mentor, and an example of excellence. I am watching how God is elevating everything your hands touch, and I celebrate you today for the incredible woman you are.
