Three very important questions: Why? Who? How?

Tapping into our “Why?” helps us make clearer choices in our careers, partnerships, and with our time.
Our why is often directly linked to our purpose- what we know in our soul we were created for.

My “who?”- high achieving people, especially women, looking to take the next step in their leveling up journey.

My “why?” & purpose?- to help improve mental health and personal development outcomes.

My “how?”- through being a mental health professional, personal development coach, public speaker, and author.

God made me a talker! It was written on all of my report cards growing up (anyone else?! lol). So, I use that gift of public speaking and have cultivated it to serve individuals, agencies, and organizations from community centers to the Ivy League.
