For centuries Black people in America have been considered less than human. Denied even the basic right of marriage. Our tradition of Jumping the Broom is still seen in our weddings today in remembrance and honor to the ancestors. We have come a long way, but the undoing the damage has been a fight! In honor of Black History Month we Remember!!
