I am one who skeptically tries anything to lose weight. Well i ordered and beside mindful eating the only change i have made is drinking alot more water and taking these 3 little packets a day!! That's it And what I've gotten is amazing

Hair growing like crazy and healthy, my skin looks unbelievable
