Building rapport is a very important part of the job.

You can have all the knowledge in the world, but if your client does not trust you, it will be hard to truly help them.

Sometimes rapport looks like:
✅Listening more than talking
✅Remembering the small details
✅Showing up consistently
✅Explaining things in a way that feels safe, not overwhelming
✅Meeting people where they are, not where you want them to be

The best field case managers know this:
