What an amazing Labor Day weekend! We had the Give Team over and after accepting and completing Joe De Sena’s 1000 push-up challenge we hit the lake.

I keep this picture to remind me that anything is possible when you put your mind to it.

✅ The man on the right is healing.

❌ The man on the left made excuses.
✅ The man on the right has no excuses.

❌ The man on the left slept until 8:30am.
✅ The man on the right gets up at 5:00am.

❌ The man on the left knew he was eating crap all day......everyday.
✅ The man on the right educated himself about fasting and eating for fuel.

❌ The man on the left would stay up and drink several times a week.
✅ The man on the right hasn't had a drink in twenty-one years.

If you’re the man on the left right now, and you truly want to change. You can do this.... one day and one decision at a time. You didn’t put it in overnight and you won’t take it off overnight.
