The human body is a marvelous creation. Think about this…

What else does the body need to survive?

Might what we are consuming be seriously linked to the breakdown and diseases of the body?
Is so, is it possible that feeding our body better might heal and prolong our lives?
This is what I do.
This is what I learned and experienced for myself… rid my body of excess inflammation with healthy nutrition.

Day #5: 🍏🍎Apples... choose varieties that lean toward the tart side as opposed to sweet like granny smith, braeburn, melrose or honeycrisp
*Note - over 50% of the nutritional benefits are in the skin... so make sure to EAT the skin.
