Happy Monday! To kick off the week I wanted to highlight vegan ice cream brand Sacred Serve. Not only is the ice cream all plant-based and fair trade (and contains healthy ingredients!) but the packaging is also plant-based and 100% recyclable, compostable and biodegradable.

Packaging of frozen foods has been and continues to be a huge problem for sustainability and environmental purposes. This new packaging that Sacred Serve has developed can be a real game-changer if adopted more widely.

Happy Friday IQers! I am asking today for a few volunteers.

I'm exploring a couple of product ideas for women with endometriosis. I would like to interview 3 women who are very familiar with this condition - either because you have it or are close to someone who does. The interview should take no more than 30 minutes. 30 min/2 mile workout wearing a weighted vest.

And then a breakfast bowl from NutritionFacts.org How Not to Die Cookbook. I am powered up and nourished for a long day ahead! I would post a photo of the breakfast bowl but I ate it already!
