Tonight ✨

Join us this Wednesday at 7:30 PM EST for Wind Down Wednesday as we explore “The Power of Rest: Healing from the ‘Strong Black Woman’ Narrative.” This conversation is dedicated to unpacking the pressure many Black women feel to constantly be resilient, selfless, and emotionally strong, often at the expense of their own well-being. Together, we will discuss how generational expectations, survival mode, and over-functioning can impact mental, emotional, and physical health.

This week’s session will focus on redefining strength through rest, vulnerability, boundaries, and self-compassion. Participants will be encouraged to reflect on what true healing looks like when we give ourselves permission to slow down, ask for support, and prioritize peace without guilt. Expect a safe, affirming space for meaningful conversation, encouragement, and practical tools to support emotional wellness and restoration.
