Quick meal on a hot day -poolside.😎
Any and all left over veggies…I used shaved brussels sprouts, diced broccoli and bok choy, a bag of mixed stir fry veggies and small amount of brown rice. Topped off with some air fry chicken thighs . Side of orange and strawberries for dessert.
