No preventable DOT recordable accidents in the past 5 years
No more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years
No suspension, revocation, or cancellation of your license as a result of a moving violation or accident in the past 5 years
Every Driver is required to take a DOT Physical through Epes in or before Orientation
Urine drug screening conducted

Will except military experience
At least 1 year tractor trailer experience in the past 3 years
6 or more jobs in the past 3 years will need to be reviewed

No more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years
No more than 1 DOT recordable accident in the past 3 years.
No felony or misdemeanor convictions.
No DUIs in the past 10 years

Must have at least applied for HazMat prior to applying
Haz-Mat Reimbursed.
