Good morning family, you know what time it is!💥

This quick workout is great for everyone, especially those looking for a challenge. 💥

Perform each movement in the correct order. You will begin by performing prone alternate toe touches for 20 seconds then rest for 10 seconds. After resting, move on to a standing cross body alternate elbow to knee for 20 seconds and rest for 10 seconds. Now perform a supine alternate toe touch for 20 seconds and rest for 10 seconds. Now repeat each movement for 30 seconds and rest for 15 seconds between each movement. You will then perform the movements for 40 sec / 20 sec, 30 sec / 15 sec and finish with 20 sec / 10 sec. Good luck, have fun and be sure to pace yourself.
