Escape the rush and sink into a long, slow unwind. This 2-hour restorative session blends gentle yin-inspired poses with an immersive live sound bath, guiding you into layered relaxation and profound nervous-system repair.

We’ll move slowly through supported yin postures designed to release tension and cultivate spaciousness, then settle into 45 minutes of sustained sound while you rest fully in stillness—allowing wave after wave of harmonic tones to wash the body and mind. After the sound concludes, you’ll be invited to journal for quiet reflection and gentle integration.
