Have you ever felt overwhelmed?

I usually use the first quarter of the year for development and growth. As I was attended a virtual meeting (thank goodness it was virtual😀) the other day learning a new system for processes. I felt like whack, confused, and bound with lack of focus.

For a minute, I became very emotional and overwhelmed as I was thinking of all the things I have on my plate.
