It’s and more importantly (alliterations so its fine). It’s been almost exactly a year to the day since I began work with and I couldn’t be more grateful. I never would have guessed that a decision to do a random post-show workout while back home would have such an impact on life. In that year there have been a multitude of shifts and life changes in ways and directions I never would have imagined. Bobby aka Coach GOAT has helped me as a competitor in ways that literally I wouldn’t have dared dream of. Being on this team has brought about people I consider like family and there are pieces of wisdom and perspective that I wouldn’t come across without them. In a year with I have transitioned physically from Bikini to Figure, become a sponsored athlete, done shows I would have been terrified to do in the past, and the list goes on. I’m mind blown at what can happen in just one year and simultaneously exhilarated at the thought of what can happen in the next. 💜🦋🔥
