As the holidays approach, wants to make sure you and your loved ones are mentally and physically doing ok. It’s been a rough year for some of us who have lost a loved one or lost ourselves to health or social, and economic issues. And I want to say just because it’s the holidays doesn’t mean you shouldn’t address your issues and find the proper resources to help you get on the correct path of triaging those issues! The facts-Seasonal affective disorder occurs in 0.5 to 3 percent of individuals in the general population; it affects 10 to 20 percent of people with major depressive disorder and about 25 percent of people with bipolar disorder.
