Story time.
Who did 21 Sun salutations this morning at 4am? This girl. And dang, it took away the nasal stuffiness, body/chest tightness, mental chatter and ruminating, worry, and more. It felt so good that it reminded me (again) why I love yoga and why I do what I do.
