Me vs Me 🙌🏾 Working out and my nutrition aren’t how I get my results (solely) it’s my consistency! Having stage 4 Endometriosis my body doesn’t always feel the best. So, I lighten my workout if needed because the benefits out ways my excuses. I do take off days if needed! 4 rounds 4 exercises beginners 10 reps, intermediate 12 and advanced 15 reps, 2 min rest between rounds!
