We only get one body, treat it better than fitness trends. People who experience quick results often do not build sustainable habits, and they fall back into bad habits. In a generation of instant gratification, it’s easy to want results now - It’s harder to sustain a lifestyle of fitness.

This only the beginning of your transformation. Told me you wanted to get abs a long time ago and had been trying for hella long. This is the most defined I’ve seen you! Good job.

Get up and move. One thing I’ve learned in the fitness industry is when people say they “can’t right now” they are usually saying, “it’s not a priority right now.” Truth is that fitness is simple, results are simple - stay consistent.
