Smoked Salmon Avocado Toast on a Monday is the perfect way to start the week!

This is one of my favorite shots from a restaurant shoot I did with Kale Me Crazy a few months ago.

Happy Monday! This week I begin work on a HUGE 6 week long recipe/photography project. So, today is dedicated to productivity and organization. I can’t wait to share when it’s all done.

Here’s my 2021 cookie box! I didn’t have time to decorate any cookies this time, but it still turned out great.
