The customer had damaged facia boards due to malfunctioning gutters and a deteriorating deck, which we fully replaced and flashed correctly. Additionally, we replaced certain areas of the band board to ensure structural integrity. Large bathroom window replacement with a new vynil frame, built in blinds exterior door.
The house previously featured old Louisiana-Pacific (LP) Inner-Seal Siding that was detaching from the house, so we replaced it with plywood backing, house wrap , and Hardie Siding. We completed the project with an exceptional paint job and new 6-inch gutters. We replaced the complete exterior, removed all insulation boards and replaced them with plywood, removed and replaced all damaged framing, removed all defective Louisiana-Pacific (LP) siding with new Hardie, including new Hardie soffit and fascia, replaced the exterior door, installed a new Architectural Shingle Roofing with 6-inch black gutters with gutter guard , new rough-cut cedar custom-made shutters, and applied a 2-tone paint finish to bring everything together for this remarkable outcome.
