Although work insurance is good. It doesn't last forever! After you retire you won't get the same rate that you were paying while you were working.

The reason for that is because while you are working you are apart of a group policy. As soon as you leave, get fired or retire you are no longer in the group and from that point on you will have to pay the normal outsider rate.

Why do that when you can get a whole life insurance policy and it will cover you for your whole life. With a whole life policy the price won't change unless you add on another policy.
