Today’s afternoon snack. I get really board hungry (even though I’m always extremely busy) around 3:00. This afternoon snack really helps me. I have a pickle, grape tomatoes, cucumber, and cheese. This makes me feel full till it’s dinner time and only costs me ~ $1.00!
Eating right can be expensive but if you shop at the right stores and look for sales and portion out the food it can be done, even on a tight budget (trust me mine is SUPER TIGHT).
