As we begin Mental Health Awareness Month, it's time we address it and let our brothers know it's okay to talk about mental health. Joining the Union Up podcast is renowned psychiatrist, Dr. Daniel Bober, and Kenny Mullins, business manager of the largest construction union in the southeast to talk about how we can spot the signs of suicidal ideation on the job, how to address it and what we can do to help each other reduce the stigma of talking about it.
