A daytime dance ritual devoted to release. Letting the peak heat of the season move through the body instead of against it.

An invitation to melt what’s rigid, what’s been building since June. To shake off the static of summer heat & the chaos of the world around us. To listen again. To remember what it feels like to move in shared presence.

Sol Dance is substance-free, judgment-free, and open to all bodies and expressions. No experience necessary. Come exactly as you are.
