Planning a tented event? Here are a couple quick tips to make your layout more comfortable and guest-friendly! ⛺

✔️ When figuring out tent size, remember that each 60” round table typically takes up about 100 square feet and seats 8 guests comfortably.

✔️ Don’t forget to leave space for buffet lines, bars, cake tables, and guest flow — crowded layouts can make even a beautiful event feel cramped!

✔️ Extra room for dancing, mingling, and servers moving through the space makes a huge difference in the overall experience.

If your event plan doesn’t include a rain plan… is it really a plan? ☔😉

Don’t get caught in a downpour—lock in a tent and keep the party covered, rain or shine. Because the only thing that should be pouring at your event is the good times.
