When difficulties or discomfort arise we tend to want to DO, to either fix or control what we view as the problem.⁣

One of the hardest lessons I’ve had to learn is to do NOTHING, to just allow myself to observe what’s coming up. To experience it without judgement, without deeming it as right or wrong, nor good or bad.

By shifting our energy from ‘doing’ to simply observe, something magical happens. This small shift of energy somehow allows the universe to do its magic, paving the way for divine answers to reveal itself in the perfect time.⁣

Our only job is to learn to honor these hard moments with acceptance, love and compassion. To have the willingness to JUST BE and to TRUST because my loves, your path is already unfolding before you.
