The world needs more we, and less me. Fewer containers and more substance. The world needs more warriors and fewer soldiers.

Summer-time is Farm-time. With Angela off working with horses in North Carolina for Crestridge Camp for girls, though, we've lost some of our free labor. Now it's just Kelli, me, Jeffrey, and Josh. Still, I love our little farm and all our animals. Some mornings I just go outside on the porch and sit quietly with a Dt. Mountain Dew (not a coffee drinker much) and listen to the morning. Everything is so still...reminds me that I need to be still. It also reminds me of Psalms 46:10 when it says "...be still and know that I am God...". I think God speaks the most clearly to us when we are still...at least that's how it is for me.
