📍 Location: Arlington TX | In-Office Position | 🕒 Full-Time

Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced operations environment? We’re looking for an Administrative Operations Specialist to join our team!

In this role, you’ll support daily operations in:
✅ Work ticket management
✅ Invoicing & collections
✅ Irrigation administration
✅ Cross-department coordination

You’ll play a critical role in keeping workflows smooth, records accurate, and communication clear between teams and clients. Experience with business platforms like Aspire, Weathermatic, and Microsoft 365 is a plus!

🎯 Ideal Candidate:
• Strong admin/ops background
• Great communicator & multi-tasker
• Comfortable using software to manage work
• Previous invoicing/collections experience preferred
• Industry knowledge (landscape, irrigation, or construction) is a bonus!
