What was the best advice you received for your wedding day? One of our favorite tips: Take some time to "people watch" at your own wedding!

Leading up to our wedding, we read the forums for advice & inspiration. One of the best tips we found was to take time to observe our wedding guests & the interactions between different friend/family groups.
•
So during our cocktail hour, we snuck up to the pool deck overlooking our guests in the courtyard & took a peak... We were almost immediately seen, but we raised a glass🥂to our guests from above & everyone started chanting “Mrs. Meredith” — a moment we would’ve missed out on but for that tip from the forums!

The best compliment we received after our wedding was how much everyone appreciated us focusing on our guests’ experience.
•
Within our budget, we wanted to focus on finding vendors that would create lasting memories for us and our guests. Some of our choices were standard: a great DJ for the reception and a photo booth for fun snapshots throughout the night.
•
However, our FAVORITE addition was the jazz band .charleston brought together that led us down the streets of Charleston from our ceremony to our reception in a New Orleans-style “Second Line” playing “The Charleston.” The band made for a truly unique experience that we and our guests will remember forever!

Finding wedding vendors who can execute your ideas can be a difficult process, but thanks to , we found the PERFECT vendors through their vendor database, complete with honest reviews & tons of helpful info!
