YOGA IS BACK! 🎉🎉

I have taken almost a year long break from teaching Yoga to focus on my health. Healing from extreme fatigue and short term memory loss has been brutal.

I’m excited to say that I’m at a point where I am capable in supporting others in their yoga practice again!

I have 5 client openings available for weekly, bi weekly, or monthly sessions. In addition I have 2 Pampered Yoga Parties a month available.

1 on 1 sessions: virtual for anyone and in person is case by case.

Pampered Yoga: An in person offering supporting up to 8 people in your party. Hosted at your place or favorite park etc. Everything from props, oils, cold towels, and head massages are provided for your party. Simply show up to your mat and enjoy.
