Intern Spotlight:
Ava Hendrickson is currently interning at D&M Flooring America, where she is gaining hands-on experience in the design and showroom environment. She is developing her understanding of materials, product selection, and how to guide clients toward choices that fit their lifestyle, budget, and overall vision.
Through her internship, Ava is strengthening her communication skills, expanding her product knowledge, and learning how thoughtful design decisions come together to create cohesive spaces. She is excited to continue growing within the industry and contributing to the team.

Intern Spotlight:
Morgan is enjoying her internship at Wedding Perfect, a wedding and event coordination studio in Little Chute, WI. She particularly favors creating client portfolios and mood boards to help guide a bride towards her dream wedding. Jenny and Jason both direct and teach Morgan about different materials they use and why they use them to help gain a better knowledge of certain decor items.
