Closet cabinets are in quality one closets killed it but the drawer faces are on back order so have to wait there. Then hung some towel bars trimmed around the closet system hung mirror and some nightstand wall lamps. Was a good mid day tinker sesh.

Yesterday full of plumbing repairs snaked four drains all needed different size cables so had all four machines in the van! Then helped a guy fix a leaky tub galvanized drain line so we removed the old drum trap and did a ptrap right away bringing it up to code. The replaced a toilet fl**ge and toilet and used a recovery brass fl**ge for the other to keep cost down and finished up with something simple his bathroom faucet which was all jacked up. Then surprised the dude with the highest of all high rises for poopin with ease! 💯 💩 🤘oh yeah and please people do not try repairs yourself with the 80 dollars worth of silicone, leak tape, and flex seal! New drains are less and there much easier to remit without this mess! Almost wanted to keep this trophy of and old drain assembly 😜

Custom built in cabinet along with vanity and vanity top in! Along with faucet, valves, water supply lines and drain lines, mirror, and vanity light then trimmed out the base of the bathroom love the way I terminated the trim along the side of the shower curb! FriYAY! XD

Carpentry Thursday! Got the prehung up for the bathroom then did the barn door for the closet and made a door jamb also assembled and installed a door jam for a bifold installed the doors and wrapped all three with some perdy nutmeg door casing fun day! 🙂 🤙

From studs to this beaut! Thanks to Eric from EJS Contruction for partnering up with me on the tile work! Love the way it turned out! Large niche, linear herring bone, half wall doorless entry euro style shower, with waterfall, and shaving niche, love the solid surface shower pan by onyx. Now we just need the 3/8” clear tempered glass to show up to top of the pretty pony wall with the quartz cap that matches the niche sills! NBS we killin it! 💪

Wrapped up wall number six today at the office by installing door and trim after two dubs and my 8 for 9 batting day; please let me get home by 5 so I can hang out a bit before I give er hell next week! Now bring on the painters so I can toss on some k***s xD 🤙🤘
