As a life path number 33, vessel of love, eldest child (eldest of a generation) I had a tendency to constantly give and pour my love into others. While this is a beautiful gift to have, it can also be overwhelming and draining. I felt guilty for saying “no, I can't take this on right now ‘ No matter what was going on with myself or my personal life. I found myself neglecting my own needs in favor of tending to the needs of others. I have had to face the REALITY that it is not SELFISH to make sure that your needs are met, to check in with self and ensure that you are more than Ok before pouring into others.

Own it!
Own the fact that you are different.
Own that you are a deep feeler and thinker.
Own the fact that you are tuned into a different frequency.
Own and the fact that you sense things others don’t.
Own the fact that you want to talk about angels, energy, miracles and spirituality.
Own that you’re done having meaningless conversations.
Own that you’re done holding yourself back.
Own that you crave freedom to feel the now.
It’s ok if your family don’t get you.
It’s ok if the world judges you.
It’s ok that you want to dance barefoot upon the earth and endlessly gaze at the stars.
It’s ok that you cry over sunsets and chase moonbeams.
It’s wonderful in fact.
It’s beautiful.
You have come a long way to be who you are.
So own it.
Own all of it.
Love all of you.
The world needs you to be exactly as you are.
You hold the balance in this crazy world.

Speaking of the moon...
Ladies! Our bodies are so amazing!! Have you thought about how beautiful it is that every month we self cleanse and shed!? For me, this moon is calling for more rest, to slow down a bit. Have you ever felt guilty about taking it easy during this time!? Well, don't!! You're working! As an energy worker I can tell you first hand that energy work takes, well, energy! I believe that we were doing something right by having ladies sit this time out! Not because its dirty! No! Because it is work, your body is at work 🗣 I'm also an advocate for free bleeding.. Yes it can be done in a sanitary fashion. Some ladies wear diapers, bamboo pads, mind their bodies rhythm and get to the pot right on time! Point, there are options, ask a friend, do some research. We are truly amazing!
Our inner child is so important! Please, don't neglect your inner child! It is brilliant, capable, aware! You are! Make sure to keep this part of you in tact! Yesterday, I was out, having conversation with other adults and then BUBBLES the babies were playing with bubbles, I kept getting distracted, I was listening but the bubbles had my attention! "They're so pretty!" I said, mid conversation. "Look at them!" Papa grabs the bubble machine and makes sure that they come my way 😍😍 Yes!! So I grabbed everyone that came my way!! Let Us Play!!
I could not help myself, I blurted out "if bubbles don't excite you something is missing" as me and my grey haired grandfather played with bubbles and engaged in conversation.
