Thank you everyone for the bday wishes for Norm! We’ve been getting pupcakes from Okra and Molly for almost 10 years I think. They are always beautiful and the dogs love it! I love the new dog toys and party hats they have too!

Sweet girl Puddin Pie. She’s about 13 yrs old and went blind a few months after she was rescued. I think she was the 2nd dog I rescued from the shelter in FL and she is still going strong! She still navigates everything perfectly and she can smell food from 2 rooms away😹

Every Christmas, Santa visits the Rainbow Bridge to deliver treats to all our wonderful pets, and I like to imagine the joy waiting there. Soft paws gather, familiar eyes shine again, and for a little while, everything feels just right. In that peaceful place, there is no pain or waiting, only love being remembered and celebrated.

Thinking of that brings comfort to my heart during the season. Somewhere beyond the Rainbow Bridge, I believe my own beloved pets are there too, safe and happy, still carrying the love we shared. And here, as I miss them more than ever at Christmas, that thought reminds me that love never ends, it simply finds new ways to stay close.
