Smash Tacos have been taking over the internet and we made them BIG MAC STYLE on the Pit Boss Grills Griddle and these might be the best thing we have EVER made!! 🌮🍔🧀🔥 We got our big meatballs with our friend, Jason from Benson Farms down on the griddle seasoned with salt and pepper, laid a tortilla right on top and smashed them down until the meat spread to the perfect size of the tortilla — and yes the meat cooks all the way through, people always worry about that but trust us it absolutely does!! We flipped them to get a little extra heat, laid a slice of American cheese on top and as soon as that cheese was perfectly melted we pulled them so the tortilla stayed perfectly crispy and delicious!! Then the Big Mac build — Big Mac sauce, a heaping amount of diced onions, pickles and shredded lettuce on top!! We almost forgot the pickles on this one and that would have been a CRIME because they make the whole thing!! We took the viral chopped grilled cheese trend and gave it a JALAPEÑO POPPER twist and we are absolutely OBSESSED with the results!! 🧀🌶️🥓🔥 Jalapeño Popper Chopped Grilled Cheese on the Pit Boss Grills Griddle and this one is ooey gooey and absolutely delicious in every single way!! We diced up fresh jalapeños, mixed them with whipped cream cheese to keep everything nice and soft and spreadable, tossed in shredded cheddar cheese and bacon bits and mixed it all together into the most incredible jalapeño popper filling you have ever seen!! Loaded that right onto our bread, laid a bunch of butter down on the griddle, placed them face down, piled MORE cheddar cheese on top, put the other bread on and once that bottom was perfectly golden brown delicious we added more butter to the griddle and flipped them right into it until both sides were GBD and that cheese was melted all the way through!! And that cheese pull at the end?? PERFECTION!! This is our take on the viral chopped grilled cheese trend and honestly we think the jalapeño popper twist takes it to a completely different level!! Honey Butter Garlic Chicken is BACK and we had to bring it back because it is just that GOOD 🍗🍯🧄🔥 Boneless skinless chicken thighs marinated in honey garlic soy sauce, cooked on the Pit Boss Grills Griddle and finished with a homemade butter sauce poured right over the top — served over jasmine rice and absolutely SPECTACULAR!! We had to bring this one back because it is just TOO good to only share once — Honey Butter Garlic Chicken on the Pit Boss Grills Griddle and this is an absolute FAMILY FAVORITE!! 🍗🍯🧄🔥 We marinate our boneless skinless chicken thighs in our homemade honey garlic soy sauce mix — at least an hour but overnight is absolutely best — and then dump them right on the griddle and that sizzle and that smell is honestly one of the best things you will ever experience!! While the chicken is cooking we make our homemade butter thickening sauce in a small pan right on the side of the griddle and once that chicken is just about cooked all the way through we pour that incredible butter sauce right over everything and let it cook for a few more minutes until the chicken and sauce thicken up together into the most incredibly rich and flavorful dish you have ever tasted!!
