Silver Charger Plate (Dollar 🌲Tree)
2 ply Napkins (Walmart)
Paint Brushes (Dollar 🌲 Tree)
Scissors ✂️ (Dollar 🌲 Tree)

Cut a napkin into 4’s using napkin folds as your guide

Seperate napkins by starting in one corner gently splitting corner so napkin can be pulled apart .

Pull apart napkins keep printed sides for your crafting

Use Modge Podge as a glue/sealer to adhere design to plate.

Cut napkin and layer to get different effects with decoupaging 😃
