Well, that's where I was in 2018, feeling super defeated and stuck, being the heaviest I had ever weighed in my life at 151 lbs. 😥 I had tried various different things to be able to lose the weight and feel better about myself but nothing worked until I BELIEVED that I could make a change! And yes it took a lot of work and commitment, but aren't you WORTH it to make those changes? ♥️💜 I BELIEVE that you are! 💯

So not only have I been able to maintain my goal weight over the past 5 years, but I've also challenged myself to do other uncomfortable things, such as doing a FIREWALK across 2000° F coals 🔥 and taking cold showers! 🥶

Some days I am so devastated by the terrible things that happened in this world! 🥺 And in my human brain I can't make sense of it. 🙏 But especially in times like this, I am so grateful to have a Heavenly Father who comforts and cares for you and me like no other! ♥️ Even though my sadness doesn't go away, I am reminded that one day I will be with my Lord for the rest of my days in paradise. And you have the option to choose Him as well.
