Sometimes we’re overwhelmed by what comes forward in our lives. During certain dates, certain times, or even just during our spiritual awakening. Traumas and experiences can start coming forward into our conscious as an alert to bring us awareness of what to heal from. Even sometimes when we thought we have moved forward from an experience and moved on, we never truly healed. Life will stay on repeat until we learn our lesson. Stay positive through this phase no matter how much you feel like it could break you. Take necessary steps to remove this energy for good. Accept what happened. Appreciate the lessons that were given. Affirm what you have and who you are in this given moment and forever. Allow this energy to clear so you can continue to step forward. B Calm and change the world.

As the weekend rolls in, I want you all to remember to have fun and enjoy your life! For most that work during the week, and any that work the weekends. Remember to take a break and reflect!🙏🏻
In most cases when we feel stagnant and complacent in our lives, we start to lose track of the important bigger picture at hand. During these times, our soul is pushing so hard for us to keep moving.

Sometimes it doesn’t mean to keep pushing forward in what we’ve been doing! Your soul will never sit still when we’re not making moves to the correct path. It won’t sit still when we’re settling. When these moments come forward, don’t sit back and continue to just keep pushing through live. Learn to live! Move. Change! This is the time to take the leap of faith into what you’ve been searching for. That new career, that new move, picking up that new hobby you’ve been thinking about for so long and keep pushing off because you just don’t have time. Jump into excitement and feel your soul become whole again! We have to let go of the fear of failure just because we’re stepping into the unknown. You never know what’s on the other side. Remember to always push for better for yourself. No matter what it takes. We’re all going to be proud of you. The universe tends to award us when we make a decision that for our own highest good. If we are willing and ready to overcome all negativity in our lives and truly make a difference, we have to learn the basics.

Forgiveness for ourselves and others is an important part of creating inner peace. Whether you have begun the journey of healing your trauma, addictions, processing grief, uncontrolled events, loss, and more. During the process you might find yourself trying to place blame anywhere you can for it to make sense, whether that be on yourself or others. Today let’s try to understand that even in the hardest times of your life. There is a bigger picture. Everyone in this world today is just trying to survive and find the light. Where you’re at in life might not be where others are yet. Dedicate some time to truly forgiving these people for their mistakes towards you, and if they haven’t learned yet, send as much love and energy from afar as you can that they will soon find the correct path we’re meant to be on. This is one of the hardest things you will do during your healing. But remember this isn’t for them. This is for you. This is for your inner peace. Do you want to continue on harboring anger, resentment, vengeance and all the other emotions that come with a grudge? Imagine your mind without all of those thoughts and imagine your soul without all that unnecessary energy. Let other people’s lives work themselves out. Forgive them and focus on your own love and dedication to who you truly are. B Calm and keep changing the world ♥️
