VOTE YES to the Washtenaw Intermediate School District Area Career and Technical Education (CTE) proposal by NOVEMBER 4th. Let’s support all our students!

CTE is an essential part of our PreK-12 education, especially in closing equity gaps by removing systemic barriers, increasing awareness of programs, and tailoring instruction to diverse student needs. It is critical to adequately fund these programs to make sure they are accessible to all. Some of these programs are in partnership with various workplaces and organizations, but all are directly provided by the schools and through their resources. If this CTE proposal fails, these critical programs will need to be funded by the general fund, which would be impossible in many school districts leading to hard decisions on whether to continue these essential programs which are helping many of our vulnerable communities.
