As I age (43 this year!), I have been more focused on protein and fiber! This is such an easy go-to meal! 2 whole eggs + 1/3c of egg whites and two pieces of Base Culture bread! Each piece of bread packs in 7g of fiber!! 🤯
The higher protein at each meal helps me build and maintain my muscle as I age! Did you know after the age of 30 we start losing muscle, unless we purposefully build it? 😳
