Good Citizens of Angola and the surrounding territories!

'Tis the Year of Our Lord 1776... well, actually 2026, but let us not quibble over such details! I bring glorious news from the colonies!

After 250 years of liberty, independence, and spirited debate over taxation, our beloved nation shall celebrate its Semiquincentennial Birthday, and a most excellent company of singing ladies known as A Ca****la Magic Chorus shall provide musical merriment at Americana.

Join us on Friday, July 3, 2026, at the Furth Center in Angola, Indiana, 7pm- where these talented women shall raise their voices in harmonious celebration of America! This harmonious event is openth to the public at no cost!

I daresay General Washington himself would pause crossing the Delaware to listen to such ringing chords. Benjamin Franklin would surely declare, "A chorus united in harmony must surely be a sign of Providence!" And even King George might tap his foot... though he'd never admit it.

Come celebrate 250 years of this grand experiment called the United States of America with music, fellowship, and enough red, white, and blue to make an eagle salute.

Shouldst thou fail to attend, thy neighbors may forever boast of the splendid time they had while thou remainedst at home eating hardtack. 🤢

We shall see thee at Americana! God Bless America and may thy harmonies always ring true! ✨

P.S. No tea shall be thrown into any nearby bodies of water during this event... probably.

🌎 Where in the World is A Ca****la Magic Chorus? 🌎

Normally, if you were looking for us on a Monday night, you'd find us happily making noise at Fairview Missionary Church in Angola. But tonight? Not so fast, detective!

The church is hosting a fantastic sports activity and would really like the building all to themselves. Since we're nice people (and because they probably have more whistles than we do), we're taking our rehearsal on the road and heading to chorus member Audrey's house.

So if you were planning to drop by and visit us tonight, don't panic when you hear no four-part harmony drifting through the church walls. We haven't disappeared. We haven't joined the witness protection program. We haven't even been abducted by rival singers.

And next Monday? We'll be missing again! This time we'll be gathering at Lee's lake house for our annual team installation. There may be singing. There may be food. There will definitely be pictures.

The good news is that our world tour concludes on Monday, July 6th at 6:00 PM, when we return to our wonderful rehearsal room at Fairview Missionary Church in Angola.
